The Briarwoods Homeowners Association is composed of the properties located in Phase 1 and 2 of Briarwoods. All residents are members of the association. There are 184 lots in Briarwoods. Our mission is to maintain the “common areas” of Briarwoods, and enforce the covenants. We are governed by a group of volunteers who donate their free time to support the interests of the community.

We are located in the Pasco County Public School System and are served by Crews Lake K-8, and Hudson High Schools.

We are within the Hudson Postal Delivery area and all police, fire, water and sanitation are from Pasco County, FL.
